Overall Satisfaction with Coupa

Coupa is used as an E-invoicing tool for one of our clients. Although there are other vendors also in the E-invoicing space, Coupa is one of the most prominent ones, and hence this was what we decided to use. Coupa is tightly integrated to ensure various processes like order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, etc. work properly in the electronic transfer mode.
  • It is easily configurable and has great customer support.
  • It can connect to multiple ERP tools.
  • It takes time for any new organization to get on-boarded.
  • Not so user-friendly at first glimpse. It could be made more appealing to users.
  • Overall - it is a positive impact as far as the various financial parameters it impacts.
  • Initial resistance for getting used to new process was a negative, though.
Coupa is a relatively mature tool when compared to other options available on the market. Although the implementation takes time & effort - it is truly worth it in the long run. Additionally, Coupa's customer support is really good & prompt. Coupa is definitely a top choice for E-invoicing.
Coupa's implementation is fairly good if you are using it for any new organization where there are no processes already in place. But it is a quite challenging if it is getting implemented where systems are already in place. People are used to working with the existing processes and may find it relatively tough to get used to Coupa, initially.
