Overall Satisfaction with Coupa
Coupa couldn't be an easier expense reporting system. I especially love that it allows me to create a recurring expense and set it to a date, in my example monthly, and it pops up every month ready to be filled in. That saves a lot of time and the hassle of having to create a new expense report every month for a known, recurring charge. I have used a lot of systems for expense reporting and none are better than Coupa.

- Easy to upload supporting documents
- Recurring expense reports are the best thing about it.
- I would like to see an image of my uploaded documents. I see the success message but always have to check it after to make sure it is the right one. A preview of that image would help. One that I can click on and view.
- Simple user friendly interface
- Templated expense reports for recurring expenses complete with an alert to remind of the date you set.
- Coupa can be customized to meet your workflows.
Coupa has the advantage of recurring expense reports. For years I had to create a new one from scratch when I used Concur.
