Overall Satisfaction with Creatio
We are using Creatio to manage sales opportunities from lead generation through the sales pipeline enterprise-wide. It has eliminated the need for multiple tracking spreadsheets and provides visibility throughout the process as well as historical reporting.

- Response time (including login) can be extremely slow at times.
- Error messages could be more helpful.
- More suggestions re: workflow, i.e. sequencing activities would be useful.
- It has allowed us to achieve our objective having a "single point of truth" for our leads.

- It has reduced the overhead involved with lead/pipeline management.
We selected Creatio to replace Hubspot because it was a better fit for our objectives.
