Overall Satisfaction with Creatio
Creatio helps our sales and marketing teams create very tailored workflows for each use case. Its low code + no code platform enables our business users to configure the CRM and marketing automation solutions as they see fit helping us save time and increase efficiency. We were using Salesforce as our CRM before and were struggling to create workflows without getting technical employees involved. We now also have CRM and marketing automation under one platform which increases the types of workflow we can create with one source of truth.

- There was an integration with a data vendor we were subscribed to that was not in the Creatio market place so the Creatio team built the integration separately for us.
