Overall Satisfaction with Creatio

Creatio is being used in our organization to manage
sales and marketing processes. Through integration with our ERP and accounting
software, we received a unified digital environment contributing to the
efficiency of our operations. The platform helps us manage opportunities,
generate quotes, and build reports. We send out newsletters and event
invitations to our customers through Creatio and monitor event-related
analytics.
  • The platform is very intuitive and flexible.
  • It's easy to integrate Creatio with third-party applications to create a unified digital workspace.
  • It would be great to have more in-depth information on the Marketing module set up in the Creatio Academy.
  • Creatio implementation helped us achieve operational transparency and keep process excellence.

We may easily use Creatio as the CRM. We do not have lots of issues that users report. We continuously developing Creatio and yet have more features to set up.
Support starts from basic answers, but clients like us never ask for support with basic problems or issues.
The platform is well suited for workflow automation
and CRM.
