I knew and used this service even when it was Terrasoft CRM, then BPM.online, and now it became [...] Creatio. The product has undergone a good transformation, and at the moment, it is one of the best domestic CRM systems, even for small companies. When in the company where I work, there was a question of choosing a CRM system for working with clients. We tried several and opted for [...] Creatio. The system serves as an excellent management tool for tracking B2B customers, from leads to repeat sales.
