Overall Satisfaction with Brandwatch Consumer Research
We are using it as a social media listening tool to hone in on conversations, overlapping consumer interests, and social performance tools. We didn't have a social media tool in the past, and it's nice to have insights into the social media landscape in a variety of industries.
- Their UI is easy to understand.
- Their data gets updated in real-time.
- The ability to provide detailed, analytical reports is nice in a budding social media landscape.
- It's not all-encompassing. In other words, there aren't a whole lot of insights from our PR hits and how they perform on social.
- It's a great, supplementary tool that has helped us expand our social media efforts firmwide.
- Explaining some of their modern terminologies in the platform is a little confusing to clients.
I think it's a far superior tool than Meltwater or TrendKite's social listening editions of their platforms. They are better suited to media coverage analysis and Crimson Hexagon hits the social media metrics you're looking for.
