Overall Satisfaction
- Incredibly useful to know top supporters in an objective way – based on engagement. This is not easy to get. Many tools will provide high-level data, but Crowdbooster lets us know at the individual level who is working hardest to promote us on social channels.
- Even the free tool is quite powerful – the main limitation being the number of social accounts we can monitor
- Easy to use. Does what I want it to do. The user interface is not super busy and cluttered. Makes the product quite intuitive.
- Targeted recommendations. This is a great feature. The software proactively suggests what you should be doing to reach top influencers, create more resonant content etc. It doesn't just display a constantly shifting stream of data, but filters it to tell us what to do.
- Exporting data is not intuitive.
Product Usage
- I needed a tool that would provide a view of how our social media accounts were performing and who are our top influencers. None of our other tools was really able to do this.We use Crowdbooster primarily to discover our strongest promoters at an individual level.
Evaluation and Selection
• We didn't really switch to this. We use several different free tools in conjunction with Crowdbooster. Different tools have different strengths, and Crowdbooster is part of our arsenal.
