Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass

We use CrowdCompass for large events and incentive programs - digital program info.
  • CVENT integration.
  • Admin dashboard.
  • Basic tool bars (color, bold, underline, font size) capability.
  • Customized gamification (too off-the-shelf/one-way-or-the-highway approach).
  • Being able to duplicate or copy an event item so you don’t have to re-enter for same event but different day (e.g. breakfast or hospitality center/room).
  • We lost all of our apps on QuickMobile when CVENT purchased. No efficiency by migrating. We had to start from scratch and that was frustrating.
  • We save on design and printing so that’s a benefit to going digital.
CrowdCompass gamification is too static. MeetingPlay allows us to have multiple concurrent tracks with different questions assigned with defined time slots to defined attendees.

MeetingPlay allows us to checkbox an agenda item as that item is created to also appear in personal agendas automatically.
Generally responsive. I had 2 different people with 2 different experiences.

Customization is limited. We use MeetingPlay for customized gamification. Lead capture not as strong as iCapture program we use.
