Overall Satisfaction with CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection
CrowdStrike [Falcon] Endpoint Protection is being used in my organization for monitoring of endpoint devices across all of our enterprise data centers globally. The agents are installed on all of our Linux/Windows servers and they're constantly monitoring for potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Automatically detect threats and issue alerts
- Identifies types of attacks based on the integrated Threat Intelligence that is built-in
- Superior threat response techniques that are fully customizable
- Licensing could be simplified
- Scanning time could be improved
- Better documentation and training could be provided to its users
- It helped us protect against advanced virus threats and malware
- It helped our organization to close security gaps and respond to threats
- It helped us build accurate reports of all Endpoint activity
Evaluated SEPM but ended up going with Falcon. The response time is immediate with great customer service and tech support. Falcon has more features and also supports USB control. It is way more advanced in product functions and user interface.
Crowdstrike does not need introduction. It is a Leader in a Gartner Magic quadrant and stacks up against MIcrosoft, Symantec and Trend Micro. We were already aware of its capabilities before purchasing.
