Overall Satisfaction with CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection
We are using the Falcon Endpoint Protection Pro Flexible Bundle across our whole organization. We use it to prevent, control and respond to threats. We use it for our desktop, laptops and servers. The detection and machine learning it does is very beneficial for our organization. The product also prevents malware for us in real-time. The detail it gives us regarding potential threats is must have valuable information.

CrowdStrike gives us real time visibility and insight into everything on our endpoints. We now have a single lightweight agent that actually records endpoint activity. CrowdStrike is now cloud native which helped us to drive costs down. We now have worldwide class intelligence to provide full pictures of attacks. Updates are added to our platform seamlessly and without having to re-architect or re-engineer our current solution.
Yes - We replaced Sophos in our environment. We had a on-site version of Sophos that did not include Next-gen AV intelligence. We needed a better product that would give us better visibility and block additional threats as the security landscaped as changed. We needed to enhance our visibility but yet have a lightweight agent that was easy to manage. We needed a more proactive product for our organization.
We researched the top products in this area. We narrowed it down to three Next-gen AV products and CrowdStrike was one of these three. We also spoke with a local partner who recommended CrowdStrike as a best of breed product in the magic quadrant. We discovered that CrowdStrike was the leader in the cybersecurity industry while doing this research.
