My organization uses Crownpeak Digital Quality Management (DQM) to monitor standards across each website in our expanding group of businesses. It enables us to pro-actively monitor the websites rather than wait to be told about issues by customers or other colleagues. It also helps us to quickly review any new brands we bring into the group.

It doesn't take a lot of training to get people up to speed with Crownpeak Digital Quality Management (DQM), meaning the time can be spent fixing issues rather than asking questions and muddling through! For any issues we have encountered, the support team [has] been really quick at responding and assisting us.
Online support [is] always quick to reply and usually [has] a fix ready and implemented within hours. Regular catch-ups with Account Managers [have] ensured that issues are addressed even more quickly, with the ability to see the results within days following a re-crawl of the sites. Suggestions for improvement are always taken on board.
Better all-around alternative. Crownpeak Digital Quality Management (DQM) focuses on a wider range of issues and we found each element to be competitive or superior.
