Using Crownpeak DXP

5 - Users range from content creators to developers. Work primarily involves editing and creating our website's main product pages, sales funnel pages, landing pages for advertising, and other customer service related pages.
3 - From a back-end perspective, we have people able to create and adjust pages and templates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. Front-end users are equipped with basic HTML knowledge and primarily rely on the WYSIWYG functionality for most of their work, as well as an understanding of the CrownPeak UI and our site structure.
  • Information/Content
  • Customer Acquisition
  • Customer Service (contact and customer portal)
  • Nothing unexpected or innovative, but a good standard use.
  • Increase the usefulness of our customer portal.
Because overall, it's a good product and we are familiar with it.
