Overall Satisfaction with Crownpeak DXP

We use Crownpeak DXM as the CMS for our enterprise website for US and International. We are also looking to expand the CMS to our product websites.

  • Easy to use user interface.
  • Platform runs slowly.
  • Brand not well known in industry.
  • Reduces reliance on IT resources.
  • Reduces reliance on developers to update marketing content.
The support we receive is great. Our inquiries are responded to very fast, and we have had no turnover on our account for nearly 5 years which is almost unheard of. This means our support team has a lot of domain knowledge and familiarity with our unique set up making troubleshooting and break/fix inquiries fast and easy.
Oracle CX Marketing (formerly Oracle Marketing Cloud), Domo, Brightcove Video
Flexible to publish content almost anywhere. Easy to scale for enterprises with multiple web properties. Great up time and support. Does require development resources.

Crownpeak DXP Implementation

We are able to deploy content relatively quickly. We have a dev, stage and prod environment so we can QA content quickly and feel confident about what we publish to production. The input templates are slow to load at times, but publishing is quick and straightforward.
