Overall Satisfaction with Crownpeak Universal Consent Platform

We use Evidon consent for all websites on the Italian market, we are satisfied with the tool. The integration with Google Tag Manager is a good improvement in order to manage cookies pushed in the website. Also the support is a good service. If I can suggest new features we'd like in a multi-country company the possibility to manage locally our own market and have access at a country level.

It is a good tool in order to manage consent at the website level and after the first implementation it's faster to adopt in all other properties.

The initial process is not clear but after the first cookie banner all others are faster to implement.
