Overall Satisfaction with CultureIQ
We implemented engagement surveys, we received the results, once we reviewed we put working groups together for keys areas we want to improve based on the survey results. We send out quarterly pulse surveys for these areas and use CultureIQ for onboarding and exit surveys.
- Easy to navigate.
- Good support.
- I don’t like needing 4 responses before seeing results.
- I feel functionality for quick surveys can be improved.
- Assistance on more best practices.
- I can’t capture onboarding per class when we have less than 4 respond.
- It took some conversations to understand the meaning of a couple of questions.
No comparison, this really measured engagement by asking the right questions and ways to really understand the data.
