Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
We use Cvent to plan three events a year. We start with choosing a hotel, then we send invitations, and setup organize registration all with Cvent. It's very easy to use, we can use past events as templates, and it is easy to manage registrations.
- Easy to use website
- Easy to get in touch with customer service
- Host client events in the city
- They update too often which means sometimes I can't find the button I want.
- The invitation letters look different based on different email systems.
- Saves a lot of time for organizers.
- Saves us the trouble of calling up hotels, especially abroad.
