Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent is being used by our meeting services department for those clients who need to utilize a registration platform or whom we are sourcing venues for. It is not used by our whole organization, very client dependent.

There are some features that are very useable and easily understood. It can be difficult to determine how to make small changes or update coding of a website if you don't know how to do it.
Support is overall very helpful and assists with almost any needs. There is sometimes a cost associated with their help, but worth it when they can easily make changes and update a ton of items that would take you hours. Very responsive and always want to ensure you are getting taken care of.
It is perfectly suited for registration management and needs from my user perspective. They do a great job at ensuring attendees have a customized experience per their companies needs and can receive all information. It is costly if you are just looking for a very simple registration, but for more complex registrations, it is perfect.
It is also great when sourcing venues for programs. There is a ton of venue information.
