Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We utilized Cvent Event Management for our large annual department meeting/event.
  • The platform is extremely user friendly; there is a very minimal learning curve.
  • The platform is intuitive and integrated making event management easy.
  • I haven't really found any missing functionality thus far in my experience.
  • Utilizing Cvent Event Management definitely had a positive impact on the way our event was managed as we were able to calculate travel and lodging costs for attendees and not make unnecessary bookings.
When searching for a product to use, Cvent Event Management had the best reviews. Therefore, I didn't use any other products and went straight to Cvent. I also found that other event managers within my company were using Cvent already and had great success.
Anytime I've had a question or concern, I've always received an expeditious response and assistance from the support staff at Cvent Event Management.

Cvent Event Management is great for any size event, regardless of how simple or complex. The integrated system allows you to customize multiple sessions, guest speakers, pricing, etc. all in one place along with email campaigns and reminders.

Yes - The mobile interface for users is seamless and just as easy (if not easier) than the web platform!
The overall usability of Cvent Event Management is extraordinary! Anyone taking a couple of minutes to just play around in the site can figure out the functions and successfully utilize the tools. In addition, there is a suite of help topics and videos for additional assistance.
