Within our department, it is used heavily as a communication and registration tool in event management. We use it for sending advertising emails and building registration and information websites for events with over 4,000 attendees from around the world. We use it for check in at events, to collect fees, and for data and statistic management after the events.

Yes - I honestly don't use it. I do use the customer service chat available from their support site, all of which is very helpful.
