Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Hello! I use Cvent on a daily basis for all of our programs. Aside from a few changes, Cvent has been great. With the changes, of course, have come many questions and when I get stuck, I call customer support and they are always more than willing to help solve my problem! I think that Cvent is very user-friendly. It definitely takes some time to learn all the ins and outs because there is so much to learn and many cool features!
  • Custom Reporting.
  • Emails that we can send to clients are amazing!
  • The websites we are able to build are great especially with the custom features.
  • The publishing of reports, parking reports was so much easier.
  • The speed I feel has slowed down with all the changes.
  • The hotel module more flexibility.

  • Easier on attendee managers instead of having to do so much manual work.

I think it is suited for less complex and more complex programs. It all depends on what the client wants, but to this day we have not had major issues even with our most complex clients.
