Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
Hello! I use Cvent on a daily basis for all of our programs. Aside from a few changes, Cvent has been great. With the changes, of course, have come many questions and when I get stuck, I call customer support and they are always more than willing to help solve my problem! I think that Cvent is very user-friendly. It definitely takes some time to learn all the ins and outs because there is so much to learn and many cool features!
- Custom Reporting.
- Emails that we can send to clients are amazing!
- The websites we are able to build are great especially with the custom features.
- The publishing of reports, parking reports was so much easier.
- The speed I feel has slowed down with all the changes.
- The hotel module more flexibility.
