Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent Event Management is used in our organization for many things. The most common aspect we use is registration. Cvent Event Management helps to push out invites and compiles all the replies. But, we also use the platform for Surveys, OnArrival, the Event App and many more. It is a great product that helps us keep many things in one place.
  • Ability to upload excel files for mass updates
  • Providing statistics
  • Customer support is just one call away
  • Design functions are not always user-friendly with invites, and well as a badge designer
  • While the stats are great, having the ability to add your own would be even better
  • More information about uploading excel files in the software itself
  • Great attendee experience, a smooth registration process
  • Great attendee experience, a responsive event app
  • Ability to change data easily when an event pivots, via excel uploads
  • Overall Event Management is great
  • We are able to keep our event information all in one place
  • Cvent is always adding new products to enhance user and attendee experience
I have not used anything other than Cvent Event Management in the past. Cvent Event Management provides a great way to keep all your event information in one place, and it is always easy to find with the tabs located on the left-hand side. I would recommend Cvent Event Management to anyone looking to keep all event details in one place.

Cvent Event Management is well suited as a place to keep all of your event needs in one place. However, some of these functions are not as user-friendly as others. Most recently we've been having issues with attendees using the app onsite. While it is a great concept we often have to ask them to delete and redownload because of issues with not finding the event, or not pulling up the schedule.
