Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We use Cvent Event Management as a tool from pre-event to post event. It truly makes the event experience from save the dates, invitation, registration website (which houses all of the information from our attendees and also gives them all of the information they need to attend the event). We also use it for communications pre-event and surveys and post event communications. It is a vital tool in connecting the attendees with the event.

  • Allows us to safely collect data and information from our attendees needed to provide to our vendors.
  • Allows us to organize data and build out custom reporting needs.
  • Sometimes glitches - but these things can happen on any tool.
  • Maybe feature more classic features into FLEX.

  • Saves us/our clients time and money by allowing custom reports.
  • Saved our clients money by allowing us to focus more on being a project manager instead of being so focused on the details.

Since I started in the industry we went from Starcite to Cvent and have not looked back. The benefits and features are unmatched and our company has built a great partner in Cvent. They are the innovators in the industry and we look to them as our partners for our events I do not see this ever-changing.

Cvent Event Management would honestly be great for all types of events. Even the small range of events need customization and security for data collection. I would say if custom coding is needed for specific events that may be a challenge or that may be out of my expertise for what the Cvent FLEX tool can do.

400 - Our client types range from pharmaceuticals, automobile, to telecommunications and our internal team consists of web designers, air agents, event planners, event coordinators and account managers. We all utilize the tool in a different way, as well as provide this service to our clients. Some of our clients also have their own instance of Cvent so we are efficient in other areas.
