Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
We produce hundreds of live, virtual, and hybrid events across the United States each year. This ranges from small, corporate meetings in hotel ballrooms to multi-day music festivals. We have used Cvent for in-person events prior to the pandemic, and we have been encouraging our larger clients to invest in Cvent as a long-term event management solutions for their live, virtual, and hybrid events moving forward. We enjoy the registration portal options, easy use on the attendee side of things, and customization options that Cvent offers.

There are no "one size fits all" event platforms, but Cvent was built for event management overall and accomodates most needs. The budget/spend is just a bit higher than other platforms on the market. It is an investment and long-term tool for organizations to have in their programming plans.
