Overall Satisfaction with Cyfe
We use Cyfe to collect information for reports to our client related to social media analytics mostly. We haven't properly explored the other features but plan to since the price recently went up. We've found the statistics for social to be helpful but would like to be able to produce reports for clients.
- Facebook pages analytics.
- Instagram basic information (increases in followers, etc.).
- Twitter analytics (followers, mentions, etc.).
- The process of adding widgets is kind of clunky.
- I'd really like reports.
Sprout has better reporting for social analytics but doesn't cover as many activities across a company and the reports are only for social...not even web analytics. It's also way more expensive. We're actually evaluating whether or not Cyfe will continue to be our tool of choice. I haven't found a tool that does everything I want.
