Overall Satisfaction with Cyfe
We used Cyfe for client reporting, and as an agency, it's auto-emails that is sent out weekly saved us a lot of time. We also enjoyed the PDF generator feature for quick printing if needed. It also supported the integrations we required, such as Facebook and Google. We hardly ever had issues, and the Cyfe support team was always great.

- We wish it had a newer UI update
- Cyfe white labeling is excellent, but we wish the email customization were better.
- We wish it could integrate with other financial apps other than Stripe.
These other reporting tools are much better for an agency that is under the scrutiny of cleaner reports with more in-depth analytics and specific KPI's. However, you can use both and provide a Cyfe board as a live additional to the weekly static reporting that many agencies have to go through.
