Overall Satisfaction with D&B Connect
The customer provided their details by providing the company name and address. Most of the time it is not up to date and hence results in junk data with no value. Many times it results in duplicate data as well. D&B Connect was used to verify the address entered by the user by verifying it from the D&B master record. Based on the response, the address was validated, and auto-corrected, and the corresponding DUNS number was stored. This helped in reducing the duplicate data and also in cleansing customer names and addresses.
