Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a small business, we use Credit Insights to help us when a new customer is wanting to set up an account with us. It helps us to decide what kind of terms and credit limit to give them. We really like how it shows payment history and risk factors. We use this as a big deciding factor for our new and potential customers.

Cons

The only improvement I can see is when you purchase your transactions, it should not automatically set up on auto renew.

I feel like it has helped keep us from getting in a bad situation with a company that will not pay.

Usability

I think it is very user friendly. Even if you do not have the Duns number from the potential customer, it is super easy to look up a business with their name and state that they business is in. Once you get that information entered, it is easy and quick to get the results that you need to help with making the decisions.

We use it everytime a new customer wants to get an account set up. Even if the potential customer does not provide us with their Duns number, it is easy to look up the business by the name of the company. I like how it is user friendly and easy to get the information you need quickly.
