We only open credit accounts to businesses and we use D&B everyday to check the credit for our applicants.

the function to advance the search could be more user friendly
very particular for logging in. you can't just go to D&B and log in you must know the specific page you have always searched from

I don't have hard numbers but the cost of D&B although high is much more doable than trying to get set up for pulling credit on individuals

We have been able to identify the risk of our customers therefore able to assign appropriate credit limits

We are able to assign appropriate credit limits or deny credit based on D&B analytics and this has reduced our losses over the years

I've only had to contact once over payment and once I got to the correct person she was very helpful and the payment issue was resolved
