Overall Satisfaction with D&B Hoovers

I can do focused research on potential customers. For example, if I look for clients in a specific market in Mexico, I can do that. The primary user for Mexico is the commercial team.
  • The information about companies is very detailed and precise.
  • List creation.
  • When you download the information lists in Excel, it is easy to handle.
  • Detailed contact information, such as email address.
  • Very few contacts per Companies.
  • Help to improve the number of companies in a 15%.
  • Difficult for us to measure the business impact in USD.
The most essential fields are Company information, Industrial Classification. I always look for Contacts, in some cases, help.
Contacts, when available, have good information, just missing e-mail or cell phone information.
  • Zoom
Zoom info provides more contacts and contact information such as e-mail and cell.
