Overall Satisfaction with DameWare Remote Support
We used this for our support staff to remote into machine and purchased under the assumption that it was able to control remote. The product was strictly used by our IT staff and no one else in the organization.
- Active Directory Integration
- Ability to view various system resources
- They really need to streamline the connectivity through the proxy server to connect to external users not on the network.
- We had to move to another system due to the our company having the majority of users offsite that do not connect to network so the slowness was the downfall to the product for us.
- BMC FootPrints
We ended up moving from Dameware to the BCM product.
