We are partners of Datamatics and have gone through the demo and webinars. We currently use and pitch to our customers. Datamatics RPA TruBot helps to automate repetitive processes within organizations that are time consuming, rule based and don't need human intelligence. Datamatics RPA TruBot comes with a data capture solution (IDP) and artificial intelligence. Datamatics RPA TruBot claims to automate tasks up to 99% and saves cost, time, and adds value to the organization.
  • Datamatics RPA TruBot's intelligent component helps business owners to make smart decisions. It is integrated with cognitive capabilities and application programming interface.
  • Datamatics RPA TruBot automates a high volume of rule-based tasks in a short span of time and accuracy, which allows employees to perform high value tasks.
  • Datamatics RPA TruBot gives analytics, which help in timely reporting, which leads to streamlining the processes.
  • In auto split, the document format keeps getting changed to .tiff for .pdf documents after split and OCR is not getting done on these documents.
  • The documents sent to splitter are not available in split merge stage.

Datamatics RPA TruBot is cost-wise and product-wise much easier to use. I have realized that it gives user experience, too. Support from Datamatics is also good. The regular webinars and trials and demo also help Datamatics to increase the knowledge base and perform better than other industry competitors.

Scenarios where it is suited: large organizations where they deal with a huge volume of data, where the data is unstructured, and where an AI element is required. Scenarios where it is not suited: small SME companies where the volume is less. ROI will not be there to display.
