Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion

We have DataMotion deployed in our finance department and all other departments in our company. We are using this software for two main functions. First, the software offers great capabilities when it comes to scanning and blocking email threats which is an important aspect in running modern businesses. Secondly, DataMotion comes in handy when sharing sensitive data/information via email thanks to the easy-to-use encrypting features. Therefore with DataMotion, we solve both the issue of email threats and email data privacy.

DataMotion is better in many ways but one reason why I would still go for this software is that it encryption and decryption of emails is easy - no coding needed.
Overall, DataMotion is an easy to use software as I have had no problems using it. No need for prior exposure or any form of training to use and understand the software.
At our company, we have integrated DataMotion with Google and Outlook and so far so good. No malfunctioning and everything is flawless.
With integrations with Google and Outlook which are popular email processors in the market, we are able to send and receive emails securely with our clients and business partners which enhances data privacy.

One scenario where DataMotion comes in handy is when sending sensitive data. For instance, I'm an accountant and I'm always exchanging sensitive financial data with HR and other managers. In this case, DataMotion comes in handy as I can encrypt the emails to be sure of data privacy. In addition, with DataMotion any business will be secure from email threats that would otherwise interfere with the running of any business.
