Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion
Our organization uses DataMotion to send secure messages that contain private information such as social security numbers and addresses that are needed to conduct background checks for potential employees. Although this aspect of our organization isn't at the forefront of our work, we hire about 50+ new employees every year, and thus DataMotion is essential in protecting our current and potential hiree's information.
- Centralized Mailbox.
- Outlook Attachment.
- Easy to follow instructions.
- Learning curve for new users.
- Ability to connect outlook to DataMotion.
- Improved employee effectiveness.
- Facilitated hybrid vs. in person/remote to do lists.
Secure message google extension did not feel as secure or easy to use as DataMotion.
I don't believe my organization utilizes these APIs but maybe I'm not aware that they do.
