Overall Satisfaction with Datorama

Our company is using Datorama as a way to help support our reporting needs across multiple clients. It is to showcase our performance in an easily digestible dashboard so that random one-off reporting pulls are no longer needed which will free up time for the team to optimize and strategize toward our performance goals.
  • Aggregates data from multiple channels
  • Provides data visuals
  • Easily shareable across team members and clients
  • It is not your generic BI tool, can seem very complicated
  • Data mapping and set up is a very manual process
  • Product is unnecessary if you have a data team
  • Has allowed our clients to check the data themselves instead of asking us to pull it
  • Less time pulling data = more time providing insights and recommendations
  • Set up takes a long time and the Datorama team is slow on implementation
Datorama is able to pull in from numerous channels, not just Google and website data like most analytics tools.
Datorama is well suited for marketing teams that do not have a data services department that can manually pull and aggregate data. If your team lacks the analytical edge then Datorama is perfect to easily showcase data and KPIs from numerous channels. This will cut the time you spend on reports in half for sure!
