Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce HCM is used for our payroll, HR, time sheets and scheduling of our 9 companies. This is a time saving tool that helps me do my job in an efficient and timely matter. Do our review for our stores is quick and easy.

Dayforce HCM makes my job easier and quicker

  • Payroll system is very easy to use.
  • The app for Dayforce keeps our employees up to date on their schedules.
  • MyHR is easy to use and enter new employees.
  • The customer service needs work.
  • Tech support has some issues with back log on incidents.
  • Too many updates that don't always help, cause more issues with the system.
  • They are improving the customer service with each new update.
  • It has made it easier to keep track of OT hours and to limit OT hours
  • Better able to see who is signing in and out
We are able to keep track of all payrolls. This enables us to make sure that we are keeping the hours with in the budgeted amount of hours and money.
Easier to keep track of all OT hours, sick time and time away from work.
I have never worked with any other system. But I find it very benefical to making my job easier to do. Having everything in one place and being able to review, makes my job easier.

We are having issues with getting anyone to answer our incidents.

They are getting better at reviewing the issues that we have out standing, but they still have some issues that need to be worked on.


They have worked on the their response time, and have improved over the last couple of years.

Yes - We went Dayforce to be able to see all the information in one grouping and did not have to go to several different applications to view the same information.

I have never had an issue with the clock department. They are very helpful.

The program is very easy to use, we have a few people that are not great with a computer and they are able to use Dayforce.
