Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce HCM
Currently we are only using the Time and Attendance module, but we are planning on obtaining executive sponsorship to migrate to the entire Dayforce HCM Suite of HR applications.
- It is an all encompassing solution with full HR functionality.
- The T&A module is very user friendly and most of my plant managers enjoy the mobile capability to manage T&A remotely.
- Workflows. They are very easy to build, huge selling feature.
- Global functionality. It is on their roadmap so our hope is that our rollout will dovetail with the countries they are adding to the platform.
- We've not yet realized the project ROI, but once fully implemented (over a 3 year cycle) we anticipate reducing annual expenditure for HRIS by 50%.
Not yet in production but this will have a beneficial impact to our operations. It can help moderate whether the margin on a rush order is large enough to accommodate the added OT incurred to meet the "rush date".
