Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce HCM

Dayforce WFM Time & Attendance, along with Ceridian HPW is being used by our four companies. By going with WFM we were able to replace an old system which no longer was adequate for our requirements.
  • Ease for managers to view employee schedules
  • Ease of tracking employee attendance
  • Allows managers to better plan their weekly coverage requirements
  • Scheduling of the shift operations where the third shift begins work on Sunday nights at 11:00 pm has caused issues.
  • A positive impact on payroll budget management
Entire module is better than what we had before implementing WFM
