Dayforce is used by all employees, from frontline reception staff to ownership. As clients of Ceridian since 2007 and with ADP prior to that we always are seeking software partners that are willing to listen and grow with us to enhance both our staff and member experience. Any software that can save time, while instilling confidence to not always be in front of the pc, the more time we can spend helping members and our community lead healthier lives!

- Increase collaboration with configuration centered on Compliance without redirecting to Professional Services for an additional product fee
- Enhance Content Library in Learning Module to eliminate need to go to 3rd party vendor
- Allows for cost analysis of schedules BEFORE being posted to employees.
- We were able to streamline our Performance Review processes and now utilize CONVERSATIONS throughout the year to maintain consistent and regular touch bases with all levels of our organization
Real time evaluation of payroll, incorporating third party import files and applying payroll policies of FLSA has been great.
Dayforce is a leader when it comes to building rules and policies based on local, state and federal laws as well as incorporating company specific...unique protocols.
The end user (employee experience), the management of the hierarchy of employees by all level managers and ultimately the database maintenance of HR/Payroll has become so crisp, accurate and user friendly. This in turn has allowed us to move with confidence to the majority of modules offered and eliminate even more 3rd party vendors... saving time and money!

Yes... we were once at the 11th hour for processing payroll and a glitch occurred on our end. Unsure whether full payroll was going through... support took proper care and research and got all resolved in time for us to make deadlines.
