Overall Satisfaction with DealRoom

We have been using DealRoom as a virtual data room solution for our company. We stored secure documents and shared between different parties and customers. We have also used their requests feature for internal process management.
  • It was easy to use and support helped us a lot with everything. We are extremely pleased with the service they provide. It's very easy to drag and drop files and set permissions for documents. Their requests functionality is also very useful and helped us track process.
  • A couple of our team members did not receive invitation letters due to some mail filtering system, but their support guys resolved this issue very fast.
  • It helped us manage documents and share info between our firm and the potential investors and clients. And also helped to manage internal processes and keep an eye on everything in the company.
We have tried different solutions but DealRoom is the best. Extremely easy to use without any training, btw support answers in chat very fast.
- Easy drag & drop file uploading.
- Tasks management system and progress tracking.
- Different permissions from just view access and up to upload and edit.

Using DealRoom

2 - No special skills required i think. We had some people with admin permissions who did all the management and support work.

No - Support help is free. We also got help from customer success manager Julia. And it was a free service too.
We had several questions with the room setup for our company. So we asked dealroom support for a help in chat and they were very responsive and explained all the things about docs upload and requests template importing.
