Overall Satisfaction with DEAR Inventory

We use DEAR Inventory across the whole organisation. It help us manage inventory, stock control, production, reconciliations, website sales etc.
  • Batch Number Tracking
  • Manufacturing
  • Intergrations
  • Pricing increase 400% this year
  • Down Time is unacceptable, dedicated server option cost £30k per year
  • Lots of minor issues across the board.
  • We have been using for so long it's impossible to say.
  • Dear cost us £900 last year but we have had to employ a part time person to help run it.

The software was well suited to small businesses who manufacture and sell on line and who have to manage batch codes however they are now pricing themselves out of the market. Customer service is terrible.
