Overall Satisfaction with Defender
I use Defender to access my client's environment, using two-factor authentication, to help support my software. Once connected, I am able to access the server as if I was in the customer's office.
- Fast to connect
- Easy to use
- Doesn't slow down my computer
- Remove the need to enter Windows password
- Sensitive to interruptions in internet connectivity
- Defender allows me to connect to the clients environment
- Without Defender I would not be able to support my client
Bomgar is much easier to set up & there is only one step when connecting while Defender takes a few steps.
