We use Deliforce to track and monitor our delivery boys/couriers, it has given us great ease in terms of reporting, order management, task assigning, dispatching & dispatch management & other attractive and productive features. It is used to resolve our partners' deliveries and trackings in real time. It was excellent for users also.

Distance tracking & Real time tracking is really impressive
Customer portal feature is amazing as well & Compensation features helps alot in daily business

Cons

Reporting feature should be enhanced
Colours customization should have been available in dashboard
I think some features had to be customized for daily business as well

First of all price is affordable, monitoring deliveries business with real-time tracking is really helpful for our business. Manage real-time status and locations deliveries on the map works well for our company. We can assign new tasks and manage our business productively. Delivery agents can use iPhone and Android app to manage their orders without being in the office.
