Overall Satisfaction with Dell PowerEdge R

We are a reseller of Dell products which means we often sell Dell PowerEdge Servers to our customers. Every department in our company comes into contact with this product. Whether that be in the sales, marketing, finance, technicians, and the help desk.
  • Dell PowerEdge R is really good for companies that are looking for a very reliable server.
  • I can't think of anything that they need to improve.
  • Most of our income comes from reselling products to our customers and Dell PowerEdge Rack servers are very high on the list of products we sell.
  • We find that we make a very healthy profit from these servers and our customers get years and years of use from them so they trust the investment.
Dell PowerEdge Racks as opposed to Towers just differ in the way they are stored and can differ in the makeup of them.
When we purchase Dell products we always make sure to get ProSupport because then you receive the best support they have. There is a direct line to call with highly trained and intelligent support techs and they also provide next business day onsite service should that be necessary. This is a great feature when something in the server breaks and need replaced quickly.
They are very easy to use and support.

Dell PowerEdge R is very well suited for companies that are looking for a reliable server that can support a good number of computers in their company. Rack servers are space saving and efficient and quite frankly, our company only resells Dell products as they prove to be the best in the PC business.
