Overall Satisfaction with Deltek Costpoint
It is used by employees to complete their billing period time sheets, track billable hours, and feed into our enterprise invoicing system.
- It's hard to tell. It's a poorly design application from a UX perspective.
- Poor UX overall
- not intuitive (e.g., confusing labeling and iconography)
- too many clicks and steps to accomplish tasks
- does not allow to delete rows that have not data at any time
- does not appear to have been properly user-tested
- It causes staff wasted time and frustration.
- Filling timesheet daily or weekly is a task that organizations often have difficulty getting staff to do in a timely fashion, which causes billing and cash flow problems.
