Overall Satisfaction with DemandScience Activate (formerly PureB2B)

We used DemandScience Activate for their content syndication and their telemarketing. The content syndication was extremely strong when we first use them. Towards the end of 2021, the quality of the service started to deteriorate. The quality of the leads was still high, but the customer service, the technical side, and the filtering was starting to become bad. Their content syndication program isn’t something you turn on and just let flow into your CRM. It’s something you need to check on a weekly basis to assure you got all the leads and that any suppressed keywords don’t make their way in on the telemarketing side. It was a complete disappointment, we were promised one thing and never got the result. Thousands of dollars were wasted. One of the services we used was discontinued and it wasn’t disclosed until after our campaign with them failed.

I’m giving this a 4 because the original account team was super helpful, kind, and proactive. The account team assigned to you will make or break your campaign. The account team I was assigned in the later half of 2021 was not great.
INFUSEmedia has knocked it out of the park. The only thing is they don’t have the volume DemandScience Activate has.

They’re cheap for a reason. If you have the extra time to comb through the leads delivered I say go with them. For us, we didn’t have the time. At the beginning of using them the account team on our account would do all the heavy lifting for us. Once DemandScience Activate was in the process of changing its name and discontinuing products, it plummeted.
