Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
Deputy has single-handedly positively changed how our organization runs. Our scheduling process and timesheets have been streamlined. It is easy for folks of all ages to use and very user-friendly. I can’t imagine ever going back to a time where we don’t use Deputy.
- Customer service.
- Clock in and out.
- I wish we could add addresses for each location.
- Make it so staff can see each other's schedules (different positions but same location) without getting shift opening alerts.
- Take off people who have opened their shifts, not leave them as an unsubmitted timesheet.
