Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We currently use across our whole operation. It streamlined both our roster and timesheet process immensely and assists us with forecasting and staff costs. It improved our communication with the team and ensures easy access for staff to rosters, company information and leave requests. Deputy allows us to keep track of staff movement including breaks and lateness and allowed us to tailor it to our industry needs. It has halved our payroll time with a seamless integration with our payroll system and ensures a streamlined onboarding process for all new employees. I highly recommend Deputy for all Onboarding, Rostering and Timesheet Needs.

My husband who hardly uses a computer has gone from using a handwritten paper roster to using all the roster functions and now finds it an invaluable tool in his planning process.
The timesheet process is simple and well designed.
We used an external partner to assist with implementation and it was valuable having their help and input into the initial setup.
Definitely from experience it is suited to the Hospitality Industry.
