Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

All warehouse workers and delivery agents use Deputy to check in and out each morning and to keep track of the total amount of hours being spent per order by division. This is being used by all front-line workers in the company in both our Canadian and US cities. It addresses the issue of making sure our employees are AT work (uses geofencing/kiosk to ensure they are checking in at the right place at the right time) as well as tracking late/no shows.

Deputy was far better. Wagepoint did not provide GPS every time someone logged in, it had less data, and was not reliable. Deputy works every time and is consistent. This is why we switched 2 years ago and have not looked back since. I am a big fan of simplicity, and the price is right.

It is very easy to use in both Kiosk mode and on employees' phones.
It is super easy to implement as a stand alone software.
We used to use Wagepoint Track for time tracking and it was unreliable - we could not get consistent GPS locations for where our employees were when they check-in. Deputy is user-friendly, works every time, and has tons of data that we use on the analytic side to assess performance.
