Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We are a small company and I only manage it part time. When we brought employees on, I was spending too much time trying to hand calculate the hours based on hand written sheets. Having employees clock in via the app on their phone has saved me a lot of time and frustration.

- My biggest issue is the increase in cost. We’re a very small company with just one or two employees.
- Because we’re so small, I’m sure there’s lots of functions I don’t use/know how to rate.
- I feel more confident that employees are being paid accurately.
- I know employees are getting accurate information as they ’on-board’ themselves in the app.
We’ve been using Deputy for a number of years, so I can’t recall what other brands we considered. We chose Deputy because of its affordability and options. We are able to track the locations of clock in/outs, plus break times. We don’t use many of the other functions, so we really wanted something simple to use for employees.
